This Notice describes the cookie and similar-technology practices identified in our current application source-code review. A separate live-browser review of hosting and infrastructure-level activity may identify additional technical mechanisms. We will update this Notice if that review or a later website change identifies additional cookies or similar technologies.

1. About This Notice
This Cookie Notice explains how CodeLixi LLC ("CodeLixi," "we," "us," or "our") uses or may use cookies and similar technologies on the CodeLixi website, including https://codelixi.com(the "Website"). It supplements our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information.
This Notice applies to the Website and its related pages and features operated under the CodeLixi name. The technologies in use may change as the Website and its infrastructure develop.
2. What Are Cookies and Similar Technologies?
Cookies are small text files that a website may store in your browser or on your device. They can help a website operate, maintain security, remember preferences, or understand how visitors interact with online services.
Similar technologies may include pixels, scripts, tags, and browser storage mechanisms. These technologies do not all work in the same way and are not necessarily cookies.
- First-party cookies are set by the website domain you are visiting, or by a service operating on that domain's behalf.
- Third-party cookies are set by a domain other than the website domain you are visiting, usually through third-party content or services embedded in the page.
- Session cookies generally expire when you close your browser or when the relevant session ends.
- Persistent cookies remain on your device until they expire or are deleted.
3. Cookies and Technologies Currently Identified
Based on our application source-code review as of October 30, 2026, we have not identified the following in the CodeLixi application:
- Custom first-party application cookies;
- a cookie used to store a website consent preference;
- Google Analytics or another implemented analytics tracker;
- Meta Pixel or another advertising pixel;
- Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity;
- CAPTCHA or reCAPTCHA integration; or
- application use of browser local storage or session storage.
Our current Website does not provide an in-site cookie consent banner, cookie preference centre, or stored cookie-consent setting. This reflects the application functionality identified in the source-code review; it is not a statement that every hosting, delivery, security, browser, or infrastructure-level mechanism is cookie-free.
We have not yet completed a separate live-browser audit of all cookies, response headers, and network requests associated with the deployed hosting environment. We therefore do not publish unverified cookie names, providers, or expiry periods. If the live audit identifies additional technologies, we will update this Notice with the relevant information.
4. Essential Website Operations
The Website uses server-side functionality to support operations such as page delivery, contact-form submissions, and basic anti-spam and abuse-prevention measures.
When you submit a contact form, your browser sends the information you provide to a CodeLixi server endpoint. The application uses a honeypot field and basic rate-limiting measures. Technical request information, which may include an IP address and request timing, may be processed for security and abuse prevention.
These server-side activities do not, by themselves, mean that the application creates a cookie on your browser. Our hosting infrastructure may separately process technical information to deliver, secure, and maintain the Website. The live infrastructure review described in Section 3 remains necessary to identify any browser-accessible cookies associated with that environment.
5. Analytics and Advertising Technologies
At the time of our current application source-code review, we have not identified an active implementation of Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar analytics and advertising tracking technologies in the Website application.
If we introduce analytics, advertising, or other non-essential tracking technologies, we will update this Notice to explain the relevant technology, provider, purposes, information collected, and applicable cookie or storage details where ascertainable. Where required by applicable law, we will obtain consent before activating technologies that require consent.
A technology being considered, documented, or configured for a future use does not mean it is currently active on the Website.
6. Managing Cookies
You can manage, block, or delete cookies through your browser settings. Most modern browsers allow you to review stored cookies, delete them, block cookies from particular websites, restrict third-party cookies, and configure other privacy preferences.
Blocking certain cookies or technical storage mechanisms may affect website functionality. Browser-level controls do not necessarily prevent all forms of technical information processing, such as server-side request processing.
The Website does not currently provide an in-site cookie settings or consent-withdrawal control. If optional tracking technologies are introduced, we will implement preference, consent, and withdrawal mechanisms where required by applicable law and update this Notice accordingly.
7. Global Privacy Control and Other Privacy Signals
Some browsers and browser extensions can transmit privacy signals, including Global Privacy Control (GPC). Depending on the law and circumstances that apply, certain businesses may be required to process qualifying signals as requests to opt out of specified data processing.
Our current application source-code review did not identify functionality that detects or processes GPC signals. We therefore do not represent that the Website currently recognizes or acts on GPC signals. If this functionality is implemented, we will update this Notice to explain how it operates.
8. Third-Party Services
CodeLixi uses third-party services to support Website operations. The current service arrangements include:
- Vercel for Website hosting and deployment infrastructure; and
- Resend for server-side delivery of contact-form inquiry emails.
These service arrangements may involve processing technical information or information submitted through the contact form. The use of a hosting or email-delivery provider does not, by itself, establish that the provider places cookies in your browser. Whether any provider or infrastructure cookie is set depends on the live configuration and must be verified separately.
Third-party providers may have their own privacy notices and practices. You can review the providers' information at Vercel's Privacy Policyand Resend's Privacy Policy.
9. Retention
Our current application source-code review did not identify custom application cookies with application-defined expiry periods. We therefore do not list custom cookie names or retention periods that have not been identified.
If cookies or similar technologies are identified in the live infrastructure or introduced in the future, their duration will depend on the relevant technology, provider, and configuration. We will update this Notice with retention information where it is available and reasonably ascertainable.
Technical information processed for Website operations, security, or abuse prevention is addressed further in our Privacy Policy.
10. Do Not Track
Some browsers provide a "Do Not Track" preference. Our current application source-code review did not identify functionality that detects or processes Do Not Track signals. We do not represent that the Website currently responds to those signals.
This statement does not limit privacy rights or opt-out obligations that apply under relevant laws.
11. Changes to This Notice
We may update this Notice when the Website, its infrastructure, service providers, technologies, or legal obligations change. We will revise the "Last updated" date when a substantive update is published.
If we introduce optional tracking technologies, we will update the relevant disclosures and implement consent or privacy-choice mechanisms where required by applicable law.
